Kushagra Patel serves as a Senior Project Manager for the COMPSTAT for Justice (C4J) team. Kushagra joined the Center for Policing Equity (CPE) in 2020 and has a background working in non-profit and community based organizations. Kushagra has spent his career developing projects and programs that address social-emotional learning competencies and overall educational equity in youth development. 

Born and raised in Chicago, Kushagra obtained his BA from Roosevelt University. He moved to Los Angeles in 2019 and currently lives there with his partner. In his spare time, Kushagra loves creative writing, obsessing over Chicago sports, and learning about history.
