Sacramento NAACP leader not surprised by police disparity report

From the article: “A report from the Center for Policing Equity found large racial disparities in several categories of blacks and whites… Law enforcement agencies have asked CPE to analyze the data to identify police patterns throughout the city… The report also states that blacks were searched 2.7 times more often than whites for simple “traffic outages.” Latinos were 87% more likely to be searched than whites…”
