A noted academic who studies "implicit bias" is working with the NYPD to develop a training curriculum for the nation's largest police force, the Daily News has learned. A police source said Dr. Phillip Goff, co-founder of the Center for Policing Equity, met with NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton and his executive staff in 2014 to talk about biased judgments made subconsciously.
