The Center for Policing Equity has been awarded a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to create the nation’s first police profiling database. Over 40 national law enforcement agencies from across the country have signed up to participate in this database that will standardize data collection across police departments. This database will provide an opportunity to analyze and ultimately correct racial disparities where they can be found. Read the full press release
