Samantha Barlow Frimpong

Samantha Barlow Frimpong joined the Center for Policing Equity (CPE) in August 2019, bringing nearly a decade of experience developing programs for nonprofit foundations and social enterprises. She manages COMPSTAT for Justice (C4J), a program developed in 2020 to reimagine public safety by guiding law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve to collaboratively improve equity in policing.
Prior to the Center for Policing Equity, Samantha worked as a strategy consultant for Impact Hub Accra in Ghana and helped direct programs for nonprofit foundations in Colorado Springs and Denver. Samantha holds an MBA from ESMT Berlin, a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Colorado College, and a Professional Scrum Product Owner certification. She is an avid hiker, biker, and tennis player.
