Price Nyland

Price Nyland is a racial justice advocate and a Community Engagement Assistant at the Center for Policing Equity (CPE). She is responsible for leading Operations and Special Projects for the team around community investment and equitable social impact. She works to uplift Black and Brown voices and to help communities affect actionable change in their public safety redesign efforts. 

Price holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies and English from Bowdoin College, and has a background in advocacy specializing in gender-based and sexual violence prevention work. Her passion lies in helping communities claim their agency as experts of their lived experiences, facilitating collaboration between CPE’s audiences, and providing communities with the best practices and resources to guide their work.
