Jiadi Chang

Jiadi Chang is a Senior Community Engagement Coordinator at the Center for Policing Equity (CPE). In this role he works to empower communities in the redesign of equitable public safety systems, with a focus on how those systems intersect with intellectual & developmental disability and environmental justice. He is also involved in the planning and execution of the COMPSTAT for Justice (C4J) program’s community assessment. Jiadi is a thoughtful listener with an analytical eye and an ear for language. 

Jiadi earned his BA in Environmental Studies & English from Bowdoin College. His work prior to joining CPE includes education, urban agriculture, and farming.  In his free time, Jiadi likes to cook, play sports, and explore the outdoors.
