Prior to joining CPE in July of 2022, Jacqueline (Jackie) Muñoz retired with 20 years of service from the Norfolk Police Department, Norfolk, Virginia. From her years of service, Jackie has received extensive experience in Investigative Services and Administrative Services, primarily focusing on Officer training in Leadership and Procedural Justice as well as Internal Affairs. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a minor in Sociology from Virginia Wesleyan University.
