Christopher Gallman

Christopher Gallman joined CPE in November 2021 and serves as an Implementation Specialist within the Law Enforcement Initiatives program at the Center for Policing Equity. Prior to CPE, Chris had over 14 years of law enforcement experience in various roles including: patrol, criminal investigations, professional responsibility, and diversity recruitment/retention. During his tenure as a law enforcement officer he was certified to teach on the topics of Implicit Bias and Racial Intelligence. In addition to his experience Chris has completed several executive level law enforcement leadership trainings and will leverage his experience and relationships to foster the mission of CPE.

Christopher's desires to improve the relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve and awareness of prevalent social justice issues intersected at CPE. He looks forward to utilizing CPE's data-driven approach to help agencies around the country tackle the systemic issues that have plagued communities around the country for decades.

Christopher is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate where he holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and Finance. A Columbia, SC native, Chris enjoys coaching and mentoring youth and spending time with his family and friends.
