Kimberly Burke

Research Fellow

Kimberly Cecilia Burke is a Research Fellow at the Center for Policing Equity and a former Project Director for the DOJ-Funded National Initiative for Building Community Trust and Justice. She created the first federal training on interrupting police bias, which has now been used in dozens of departments and has presented her work before the United Nations in Geneva. She is currently a doctoral student at UC Berkeley, Department of Sociology.
