Andrew Eslich

Administrative Assistant, Field Engagement

Andrew Eslich comes to the Center for Policing Equity as an Administrative Assistant bringing with him a passion for social justice. Earning his B.A. from Vassar College, he has conducted research with community and local activists on human rights issues, international migration, and forms of law in several countries through Central and South America, Europe, and Asia. After living in Guatemala and Peru, he earned his MPhil at the University of Cambridge examining literature as a site to conceptualize justice. In rural Ohio, where Andrew is from, he has served as a paralegal and social advocate for undocumented communities fighting for greater access to secondary and collegiate education, navigating immigration processes, and increasing opportunities for storytelling and dialogue. In his free time, Andrew enjoys reading, creative writing, and running.
