Born and raised in Virginia, Kwamane has devoted his entire career to creating a more equitable society for youth regardless of their background. Through his work in education, and youth development programming, Kwamane has an extensive amount of knowledge in understanding the negative societal consequences that affect marginalized youth. Kwamane has a BS degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in sociology. Joining CPE in November 2018, Kwamane currently works with the National Justice Database project handling data collection processes and partnerships.
In November 2018, Kwamane was named among Utah Business Magazine’s Top 20 in their 20’s, an award given to business-savvy executives bringing new ideas and a fresh approach to Utah’s business community.
